Inspections

Thinking of buying or selling a home with a pool or spa, let The Pool Guy of Atlanta perform a detailed inspection.  This is a detailed visual and operational inspection of the pool, spa and equipment.  Depending on the age and builder of the pool and/or spa, you may also need a line inspection.  

 

Whether functioning or non-functional (it is always preferable that the pool be open and running), we inspect the pump, filter, sweep pump, pool cleaner, heater, visible plumbing, pool cover and lights.  Also inspected is the pool decking, coping, tile, interior of pool and skimmers.  We will also note any surrounding issues seen.
